Madfoo3atcom is a Jordanian P.S.C. company established in 2011 with partnership and support from Oasis500 (Funded by King Abdullah II Fund for development) and with strategic shareholders from Jordan and the GCC.

 

Madfoo3atCom provides a centralized electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) services to the local market in the first stage and the MENA region in the next stage. It connects banks and payment service providers with billers and merchants to facilitate on-line, real-time secure bill inquiry and payment services through electronic channels 24/7.

 

Madfoo3atcom Won the Central Bank of Jordan’s Tender to Build, Operate and Administrate the National Electronic Bill Presentment & Payment System in Jordan, called eFAWATEERcom.

 

eFAWATEERcom is an Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment system (EBPP); owned by the Central Bank of Jordan (CBJ), built and operated by Madfoo3atCom Company for Electronic Payments.

 

The system enable people to view and pay all kinds of bills and other payments electronically through all banking channels (ex. branches, internet banking, ATM machines, mobile banking, IVR, and mobile phones); in addition to other payment service providers like the Post Office, POS machines. This will facilitate and accelerate the process of collecting the due bills and payments across the mentioned channels, in an easy and safe way for 24/7.

 

Examples of the connected billers include water, electricity, telecom, education and healthcare bills, in addition to government fees, traffic tickets and taxes.

 

eFAWATEERcom launched a new portal that enables you to pay bills, donate and recharge your mobile phone anytime, with only one click using your payment card for those who do not have bank accounts (www.efawateercom.jo).

 

This portal allows you to inquire about, review, settle your bills and safely recharge your prepaid mobile phone line online using all kind of payment cards (MasterCard, VISA, etc.) that are accepted by MiGS from all around the globe via a unified system, consequently saving time and effort.

 

Madfoo3atCom has been selected to join the Endeavor Network at the 55th International Selection Panel (ISP), and was selected to attend the acceleration program in the Silicon Valley with Plug and Play. Recently, Madfoo3atCom was selected as one of ten companies in the Middle East to participate in the Aspen-Institute Blackstone program to meet the leading companies in the Silicon Valley (Google, Facebook, Twitter, Uber, Square, Cloudera, Nest….).

 

Madfoo3atCom has won several awards, the latest of which was the Bank al Etihad Award in the category of ‘Best SME in Jordan’. 
